Charles of All Trades

Technical operations and creative work aren't that different. Both come down to understanding how pieces fit together and mapping the path from point A to point Z.

I started in BPO and went on to spend years in operations, analytics, and workforce management at a Fortune 500 bank, often as the officer-in-charge and the point of contact between leadership, stakeholders, and teams across multiple functions. That meant turning leadership's ideas into clear tasks those teams could act on, keeping reporting accurate and on schedule, improving the processes behind it, and making sure the right people had what they needed, when they needed it. Across both industries I used a wide range of software, SaaS, and CRM tools, so I developed a way to pick up unfamiliar tools without much ramp-up. I also applied what I learned from Six Sigma and LEAN trainings to improve processes.

I took that same thinking into property management, where I ran the full rental lifecycle of residential units: tenants, contracts, maintenance, and occupancy. Managing a unit is a system like any other. The life cycle it follows needs a clear process from property listing to tenant exit, with each step handled before it can turn into a problem for the next one.

As a computer science graduate, I have the skills to develop my own software when off-the-shelf options are too bloated or miss the point. I write focused web tools, financial calculators, and offline-first browser apps that solve specific bottlenecks, and I build AI tools and solutions to take on repetitive work.

Outside of data and software, I produce live events and write songs. I run independent acoustic shows, including Medyo Lang Folk Fest, an intimate mini festival of 30 to 60 people. Two editions are done and a third is in the works. I handle venue logistics and on-site vendors, and I've established an official cause partnership with Haribon Foundation. I also perform original folk music.

I do a lot of different things, but they all work the same way. Business operations is a machine that needs to run smoothly, and good process design is how you keep it that way. A live event needs budgeting and schedule discipline. Songwriting needs you to cut everything unnecessary. The skills I have gathered from these areas are translatable to one another and have only enhanced my natural ability to create solutions. If there's a problem that needs solving, I can probably help.
